These Terms of Service govern your use of eternacareglobal.com and purchases from Eterna Care, operated by ETERNA CARE SOLUTIONS, F-99 Millat Town, Faisalabad, Pakistan ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our products are cosmetic skincare products, not medicines. All serums are 30 ml. Results vary from person to person. Always patch test first, and stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a skin condition, please consult a doctor before use.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery and advance bank transfer (with a 5% discount for advance payment). We may correct pricing errors and may cancel orders affected by an obvious error.

3. Orders

We may contact you to confirm an order before dispatch, and we may decline or cancel orders that cannot be confirmed, appear fraudulent, or have incomplete address details.

4. Shipping

We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery is free. Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for opened or unopened products, but not for used products; damaged, wrong or expired items reported within 48–72 hours with an unboxing photo or video qualify for replacement or refund.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content, images or branding without permission.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for reactions caused by not following usage directions or not patch testing.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Faisalabad have jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after it is posted.
