Where we ship

Eterna Care currently ships within Pakistan only. We do not accept international orders at this time.

Shipping cost

Delivery is free on all orders within Pakistan.

Couriers

We ship with trusted Pakistani couriers including PostEx, Leopards and Daewoo. The courier is chosen based on your city for the fastest and safest delivery.

Delivery time

Most orders are dispatched and delivered in about 3–5 working days. Major cities are usually faster; remote areas may take a little longer. Delays can sometimes happen during public holidays, bad weather or courier backlogs — we will keep you updated.

Payment options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the rider when your parcel arrives.
• Advance bank transfer — get 5% off when you pay in advance. Message us on WhatsApp for the account details.

Order confirmation and tracking

We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order before dispatch. Once shipped, you can ask for your tracking number on WhatsApp at +92 302 8660334.
